Robust-Aire™ Diffused Aeration

NEW Kasco’s Robust-Aire™ systems are NOW 34% quieter and easier to maintain. Newly redesigned, these systems feature a significant reduction in sound (patent pending), larger air filters on 1/4HP and 1/2HP systems for less frequent cleaning, and a visual maintenance indicator to alert when maintenance is needed.

Robust-Aire™ systems pump compressed air from a shore-mounted compressor through self-weighted lines to a diffuser on the pond, lake or tank bottom. The diffuser then continuously releases micro-bubbles that rise to the surface carrying large volumes of water. This induces oxygen-transfer as well as beneficial water movement and mixing.

All Robust-Aire™ diffused aeration systems are available with an optional remote manifold allowing the compressor to be installed up to a mile away from the water’s edge.

Kasco introduces a new offering in our trusted Robust-Aire™ Diffused Aeration product line. A first in the industry, our patent pending Aire-Guard Cabinet Technology combines an innovative approach to airflow with additional filtering to ensure cooler, cleaner air, all within our largest-ever cabinet, capable of running up to 12 diffusers.

Kasco’s Aire-Guard Cabinet Technology tackles the biggest stressors on compressor operation – heat and dust. With this patent pending technology, air is immediately passed through an external filtration layer that removes excess dust and debris. This clean air is then pulled through the compressor, instead of across it, allowing the compressor to stay much cooler and operate at extreme efficiency.

Teich-Aire™ Rocking Piston Compressors

De-icers push warm bottom water to the surface creating an ice-free area of protection around your boat, dock, pier, or other in-water property. They help protect fish and aquatic species, by allowing for open areas where oxygen can enter the water. Kasco de-icers come with (2) 20 ft. suspension ropes and are available in 1/2, 3/4, and 1 HP unit sizes. Use de-icers year-round for improved health and beauty of your water.

This clog-resistant circulator produces continuous water movement to keep docks, marinas, canals, shorelines, and other areas free from algae, floating debris, and foul odors. With our revolutionary Clean Current Technology (patent pending), AquatiClear features a brand-new composite prop guard with smooth, rounded tines to ensure maintenance-free continuous operation. This unique design allows floating debris to slip off the guard rather than wrap around the motor shaft or prop.
